Our History

Formerly known as Mt. Zion Scientific Supply, our company was established on January 8, 1998 which is considered as a family corporation under the leadership of Mr. Alan S. Aguilana, President and Chief Operation Officer (COO).

The company’s name was based on the Book of Psalms of the Bible wherein the word “Zion” was described as “the City of our God” (a place belonging to God). It is also called as “the joy of all the earth” and “the perfection of beauty”. It is considered as the city that God commanded blessings and life. 

The office of the company was originally located at #32 Biak na Bato Street, Santol, Quezon City but after it was incorporated last February 7, 2006.

The office moved to #42 Sampaguita Avenue Mapayapa Village II, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.  It is still operating in the said location and is now called as Mt. Zion Scientific Incorporated.

For the past 21 years, Mt. Zion Scientific Incorporated engaged its business in the distribution and supply of laboratory equipment, chemical reagents, and laboratory apparatus (glassware and plastic ware).

The company is a licensed importer and a duly registered supplier with the Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), authorized to supply Laboratory and Research equipment, chemicals, and reagents for hospital laboratory, medical Laboratory, research laboratory, academic laboratories for high school, college, and university level, and government-based laboratories. Lately, the company expanded its field and we have developed a Prepared Slides Division and our own manufacture of laboratory furniture and mobile laboratory.
